Utilizing her signature SWORD Inclusion system, she wants individuals and organizations to know that the struggle is not required to foster inclusion. As a little girl, skiing was a dream; therefore, she moved to Colorado and went skiing for the first time in 2019, and the experience transformed her life. With over 18 years of lived experience, Inclusion on the slopes was born, a research-based consulting business.
