Hello love ❤️   We found each other.   This podcast has such a tender place in my heart. When I hit record back in the late spring, early summer of 2020, I had no idea the journey that would unfold in front of me. Healing from CPTSD with Linda Meredith

Linda Meredith, is a Complex Trauma Recovery Coach, and she is sharing how her trauma led to her total incapacitation for 2 years, how she found her way through it, and the work she does now helping others find freedom. Linda experienced the total collapse of her life from Intergenerational Trauma and Adverse Childhood experiences at a time when no diagnosis was available. Bedridden for over two years, she lost her memory, her ability to walk, talk and needed a full-time carer.
