While down in ATOS neighborhood, San Diego, I caught up to the Loynabs, Nisar and Laura to be exact.  We discuss the beginning of Nisar's bjj journey initiating on the east coast, while his life soulmate starts her bjj career in Costa Rica.  Nisar is an ATOS black belt and Laura an ATOS purple belt and they discuss their daily training routines at ATOS.  We see the common ATOS resolve of give it all for bjj, with these two.
