Ep. 93 - Talking to Your Kids about Puberty and a Follow Up with Dr. Mandy Yunker

Heyyyyyy everybody! Happy Monday! It’s a GREAT Monday, because Dr. Mandy is back in the houuuuuse!!! We loved having her for episode 87 to discuss women’s reproductive health (and got such great feedback), that we had to have her back to talk about puberty! All the things… what to expect, what is actually happening, and most importantly, how to explain it to our kids!!
