What a conversation I had with Amanda Byram this week. It has to go down as one of the most profound, connected conversations I’ve ever had, ever! Do you talk yourself down? Tell yourself you’re not good enough? That you’ve put on weight, your hair is limp, your skin is bad? Have you ever found it difficult to accept a compliment or even think everyone hates you because you can’t get a text back from someone? Even if there’s a mild yes to any of those questions, this episode is for you!
