In this episode, Jordan talks about the Danish artist Rune Bosse with Maria and the listeners. Bosse is a scientistic artist who uses natural materials and organic matter to question the natural processes of the universe, which most often result in impressive large-scale installations and site-specific works.

Mikael Jensen i samtale med Rune Bosse Rune Bosse der tog afgangseksamen fra Det Kongelige Danske Kunstakademi i 2016, kombineret med tre års studier ved Institut für Raumexperimente, Universitet der Kunste i Berlin, og på kort tid har han udstillet ved en lang række store kunstinstitutioner herhjemme. Og nu altså hædret med Remmen Kunstpris 2018, der giver 100.000 kr. til en ny ung profil i kunsten herhjemme.

Today we have a dose of calm energy and thoughtfulness by the name of Rune Bosse to combat whatever crazy is nipping at your heels. His practice is often performative, and mostly with an eye to nature, and it's beautiful work. We only recently saw it for the first time, but it immediately struck us in some of the same ways that Felix Gonzales-Torres' work does, so we reached out, and here he is. And the thing is, he’s still a student! He studied at Olafur Elliasen’s Institute for Spacial Experiments, and is finishing up at the royal academy at the end of this academic year. He’s just getting started really. So join us for an enlightening talk with a young up and coming artist out there.
