Meri Frischman 66, has spent years as a fitness and wellness professional.  One day she was searching for activewear and street styles for women over 60 that complemented her age, body type and   personality and went from workouts to nights out.  It didn't take long to realize that there were no websites specifically targeted to the stylish, sophisticated, urban woman that DOES NOT just want to age gracefully; but, rather dares to age BOLDLY and FIERCELY. I discovered Meri in a similar way...online.  While scrolling through Instagram I discovered Meri @pro.age.style (website www.uber.chic.over.60.com ) that's when I was turned-on the activity of men and women over 50 blowing up Instagram.   Why would that surprise me?  Well, isn't social media suppose to be for Millennials and GenX'rs?  I mean, after all, we're old right?   We don't know how to use computers to buy things and we certainly can't use social media...the right way...   Meri brings to light a fascinating movement on Instagram and shares how it happened to her; how she did it; and what she sees for the future.  Meri's believes, as do I, that if we "own our age" and stop saying that "40 is the new 60" but that "60 is the new 60", then we we can age boldly and find our life's purpose.   Which may not be at all what we had thought it would be.
