Dani Lynn &amp; Flip Robinson worked on cruise ships for about 10 years. Then they both realized they wanted to go into real estate and got their real estate realtors in 2008, at a time when the real estate market crashed. Realizing they need to be more proactive, they decided to get into real estate investing where they have more control over their lives. When they started, they did 12 different ways to buy and sell real estate and none of those were flips.
