This episode features a fitness icon, David Snively. He has been a leader in the fitness industry for over 35 years. David is one of the premier fitness experts in the world. He has been speaking and teaching throughout his career and has traveled to numerous countries and provided education at countless fitness conferences and conventions worldwide.  David currently owns and operates DBS Fitness Concepts Personal Training Studio in Montreal which offers a wide variety of human performance services.  David and his team currently serve more than 500 clients per week in this amazing environment. David has hosted two successful workout television shows during his career, "Great Shape" and "Caribbean Workout." These television shows, over 1000 episodes, have been seen in more than 15 countries worldwide. He has also appeared on hundreds of radio and television shows as a fitness consultant. A former 10-time Canadian diving Champion, 1980 Olympic team member, and a member of the 1980 All-American Diving team, David has been back on the diving boards in recent years competing in the Masters' category. In 2017 he earned the title of World Masters Champion for his age group.  Most recently, at the 2019 FINA World Master’s Championships in South Korea, David entered 7 events and won 7 medals. David lives in Montreal with his husband, Dimitri, and their three children, daughter Brigitte, and twin boys Max and Leo.  Above all of this, he is a wonderful human being and a true ambassador for a life of fitness and health.  David’s mission is to INSPIRE all ages to DECIDE, BELIEVE and SUCCEED in life, health, and happiness.
