This episode I'm chatting with Dan Shipton, whose work with artists including Kate Bush, Dua Lipa, Take That, Little Mix and Stormzy has been seen by millions on stages and screens around the world.     As Creative Director, Dan is in charge of forming distinct performances from often nothing but a single music track. His company Black Skull Creative will then work on everything from the set design, lighting, screen content, costume, and choreography.
