 "Everything is decision making." This statement by Mr. Maranganti reflects the tactical approach he takes to self defense and how lessons in his studio are framed. In this episode, learn how Krav Maga (derived from the Hebrew words meaning "contact-combat") evolved from a military self-defense and fighting system to a way for civilians to engage with adversaries. These techniques were originally developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli security forces.
