Bulger was caught in Santa Monica, California, after 16 years on the run. Jeff’s life turned upside down in 1971 when both parents died in a plane crash. At 15, the “silver spoon” son of a prosperous family in Wellesley, MA, Jeff had to dig deep inside for determination to carry on.
