Its episode 103 It is a very weird time in the film industry right now, there has been talks about a possible strike, the Crews are trying to request better living conditions from the studio execs and they are not here to listen.     We brought IATSE Local 44 Union board members Mike Loomer and Zach Knight in to simply break down exactly what is happening in the film industry from the crews side.   We currently work 12-16 hour days average 5-6 days a week with no requirement to have a lunch break. on top of that they only need to give us 8 hours off in between shifts. These are just a few problems that the crews want to change just to make it more humane in the industry we all love and to be able to make time for our families and have a bit more of a personal life. On this episode we explain everything in a way that everyone can understand.    There is a lot to explain so this is a longer episode so please bare with us!   We do have a few of our regular games here though as we will do a movie in a jar!   Since we have a couple new movie buffs in the room we take a wack at quote that movie.   We also run down on a new top ten this week. Top ten movies featuring male crossdressers.   As always we get into the topic of recent releases and rumored movies and tv shows.
