This is what Helen Brennand, an accomplished rider, trainer, equine bodyworker and animal communicator, who is based in England, experienced with her Spiritual Awakening.Helen practices Yoga and Meditation, and combines these disciplines with horses and humans. As a holistic therapist, enhanced with her passion for horse welfare, respecting them as sentient beings, Helen is able to communicate on a deeper level and realized the true healing power of the horse. It was her beloved horses who nurtured her through a period of immense sorrow culminating in a beautiful and unexpected spiritual enlightenment.Besides writing, Helen’s time is now dedicated to The Haven, a centre she founded as a home for animals.
