What's the Story with Eoin Cluskey

Bread 41 is an organic bakery located in Dublin. It first opened its doors in September 2018, when they made 60 loaves of bread and 120 pastries – and were sold out in about 20 minutes. They have been playing catch up with demand ever since and on a busy day now, they can produce anything up to 5,000 pastries and many, many loaves of bread. The former carpenter-turned chef runs a city-center bakery, producing some of the country’s finest organic breads and pastries. Eoin shares his passion-filled journey to bread making, and we discuss the impact good, real food can have on our lives and happiness.
