I lost my 3-year-old daughter to a drowning, 8 feet in front of a lifeguard. If my daughter had this skill that Trish and others teach, it would have allowed her to be seen #1 and then to have the opportunity to be saved #2. She would be here today and that's the TRUTH!Trish shares her personal passion for how she starts in Northern Virginia as a competitive swimmer that took her to Florida for college and now she is living her dream teaching children how to swim and save themselves. She is also a health and wellness coach and understands the importance of living a healthy life but most importantly the benefits of the water and swimming long term.You don't have to take it from me or my story. However, my podcast is filled with others who share the same story and understand the TRUTH when it comes to this life skill. These lessons just do not swim lessons, they are a life skill that will save your child's life if they were to fall in the pool or an open body of water. Trish shares a story in this episode of a child that was missing on a lake and was found floating over 45 minutes later. That child now walks this earth because of this skill.
