Raised in a chaotic family household, Lauren had her first breakthrough thanks to a neighbor and her husband, who showed her in a healthy and non-judgmental way there was a different way of living. Slowly, her neighbors' idea planted in her head shaped into a conscious search for a better life, valuing education, and regular practice of yoga. Lauren Toolin is a teacher, mentor, and mother. She teaches yoga classes infused with body-mind alignment and integration. Lauren is a leading teacher of ParaYoga and is one of the first to be certified as a senior teacher by ParaYoga's founder, Rod Stryker. To Lauren, yoga is the science and art of utilizing one's power and passion for creating a life of health, love, and liberation. In this episode, Lauren takes us through the three major breakthroughs she had in her life.
