Se llama Joshe Ordonez y tiene tres pasiones: la moda, la conservación de la identidad cultural de Ecuador y los negocios. Hoy tiene 24 años, vive en Nueva York y la integración de lo que ama hacer con su “Grit” para hacer algo que genere un impacto positivo socialmente la ha llevado a fundar: Loop Fair Trade, una plataforma que conecta artesanos ecuatorianos con diseñadores en Estados Unidos para co crear productos éticos; y Encargos y Envíos, que conecta viajeros rumbo a Ecuador con gente que quiere comprar cosas en Estados Unidos. Fue la primera invitada en hablar de moda como alternativa de desarrollo económico y social en la conferencia anual de las Naciones Unidas y participó de Tek-tiles 2018, proyecto de la Aceleradora de Diseño y Moda de Brooklyn en el que se combinaba moda con tecnología para crear telas y prendas inteligentes.
