Brandi Darby joins the session to discuss a variety of topics with Joe.  They discuss the Steel City, complications associated with Albinism, the challenges of being legally blind, remote coaching, not falling into victim culture, managing your time, and the taboo topic of religion.  Oh, and somewhere in there are lifting nuggets to apply to your training!    Brandi is first stab at highlighting stories from the Everyday Lifters in our audience!  Why did we choose Brandi?
