Toledoan Steve Salander saw a problem and decided to do something about it. People who are practicing safe health concerns during the COVID 19 crisis many are wearing face masks and vinyl gloves. The problem arises when they discard those masks and gloves in public places on the ground. Salander and whoever wants to join him are going around the city and safely picking up the discarded items and disposing of them.
