Med mottot att bli lite bättre varje dag utvecklar hon sig själv och andra. Kathrine är i grunden utbildad ingenjör vid KTH och har arbetat både som konsult och på Eriksson. Hon är engagerad inom kvinnligt ledarskap och det många inte vet, är att hon försökt att sälja ärendehantering för 112 tjänster till ryska generaler vid en affärsresa till Sibirien, där det enda etablissemanget var den lokala bensinmacken.
