She advocates and mentors women to choose STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) pathways.She is a retired member of the Senior Executive Service, and currently is an independent consultant and advisor in the areas of professional and educational development, applied analytics, risk management and STEM opportunities.  She retired from the US Air Force 2014, where she was responsible to the Secretary and Chief of Staff. Over the course of her career, she served six USAF Chiefs of Staff as the principal advisor and leader of Air Force Decision Support Analysis.  Jackie focused on helping senior leadership "ﬁreproof" their decisions with a solid analytic body of work, grounded in scientiﬁc fundamentals.Her expertise and knowledge lent quality to a span of areas ranging from Nuclear Deterrence, Joint Warﬁghting Assessment, to Risk Management. Over the course of her career, she received two Department of Defense Distinguished Civilian Service Awards in 2001 and 2009. She also received the Meritorious Executive Rank Award in 2005, and was recognized with the Presidential Distinguished Executive Rank Award in 2012.Enjoy!
