Hypnosis doesn't necessarily have to be eyes closed, yet when we practice hypnosis with our clients we do like for them to be relaxed because it allows their brain waves to slow down.” ~ Pam Leno Pam has 30 + years in the health and fitness industry instructing, training and coaching. Pam studied the physiology and psychology of nutrition based weight loss and with the assistance of a Registered Dietitian, created the Ideal Wellness NW. She expanded her knowledge and ability to help her clients and became a Certified Life Performance Coach and Certified Master Hypnotherapist. Pam discovered Hypnosis is a wonderful, efficient therapy for weight loss, smoking cessation, anxiety, stress, phobias and more. Pam believes lifestyle and nutritional change is the safest and most powerful form of medicine. Combined that with mind set training and support with Hypnotherapy. “I’m just kind of obsessed with human potential, I think that within each of us there is this pure essence that unfortunately has through a lot of experiences been dulled down and really i'm just here to help uncover that and release that back into the world for all of my clients.” ~ Ashley Stanley Ashley is currently launching Vital Essence Hypnosis where her primary focus is on helping others reach their full potential.
