The global real estate market is over 30 trillion dollars and growing quickly. The Single-Family Rentals market, or SFR, is about $4.4T… just in the US.  Tokenization using web3 technologies allows for new forms sale and settlement, combined with easier asset-based financing solutions, means that the SFR market is now available to many investors that have traditionally been unable to purchase properties with leverage.  While the adoption of these new technologies may present new challenges for regulators and policy makers, it also creates new opportunities for innovation through faster, cheaper and more transparent transactions. In this episode we are joined by Sanjay Raghavan, VP of Web3 at Roofstock.  Roofstock is building a leading SFR investment marketplace.
