His practice advanced to the next level during his 200 hour yoga training in Rishikesh where he was instructed on how to teach Vinyasa yoga and meditation. Since then he has received certifications in Hatha yoga and Reiki energy healing, and collected wisdom from all across India.He leads a weekly kirtan session at Innergistic in Broken Arrow every Tuesday from 6-7 pm and hosts a second Thursday Kundalini Yoga led by a different teacher every month and Kirtan session from 7-9 pm.
