Ein Konzept der Transaktionsanalyse für Organisationskonflikte Das Game-Pentagon (Spiele-Fünfeck) von Oswald Summerton ergänzt die Konfliktanalyse in Organisationen. Es handelt sich um ein wenig beachtetes, aber gleichwohl stimmiges und hilfreiches Konzept für die Beratungsarbeit in Organisationen. Dabei dient es keineswegs nur als Analysetool für Berater, sondern kann mitunter auch als Interventionstool, also für die explizite und transparente Beratungsarbeit mit den Klienten und Medianten genutzt werden. Während das Dramadreieck verdeutlicht, aus welcher psychologischen Rolle und Grundhaltung heraus Personen in eskalierenden Situationen agieren (Verfolger – Retter – Opfer), zeigt das Game-Pentagon die sozialen Rollen auf, die in einem organisationalen Konfliktsystem besetzt werden (können). Damit ergänzt das Game-Pentagon die Konzeptualisierung von psychologischen Spielen insbesondere in Organisationen. Thorsten Geck is a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in the Organisational field. He is also an author and a freelance Consultant for developmental work with organisations, leadership training, conflict resolution and coaching.  Thorsten provides TA Training internationally with TA Works (Oxford), Berlin, India  He is also EATA Coordinator for written exams, ITAA VP for Professional Standards and is working with and overseeing the Professional Standards Committee (PSC) and International Board of Certification (IBOC).
