An inspiring interview with Caitlin Schneider, corporate yoga teacher and the founder of Caitlin Red Yoga where she brings her virtual yoga based program to companies across the country. She is also a Wellness Coach for women who err on the unconventional side in her FB group "The Unf*ckwithable Woman: A Nu Level of Confidence and Power”  Coming from working in the high stress corporate world in New York, Caitlin understands the value of bringing wellness to the workspace. Corporate Wellness, Niching Down & Shifting Online with Caitlin Schneider 

In this episode I interviewed Caitlin Schneider, one of my yoga teacher training graduates. We’ll get into what held her back from thinking that she could be a yoga teacher, how she overcame that belief, how she manages her anxiety, and what she’s doing now. Caitlin is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher from Long Island, New York who specializes in teaching beginner Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. More specifically, she has niched down to teaching in-home private yoga lessons alongside teaching weeknight classes at a local gym and small group classes in her own backyard during the warmer months.
