Last year, Colette made the decision to step out of Grant Property Investment, a business she co-founded over 20 years ago, in order to pursue a new business venture. Colette shares how understanding the nature of thought allowed her to maintain a free and present mind in the midst of transition, as well as navigate uncharted territory with clarity and confidence. Colette Grant is Founder of Optimise Your Potential Limited, Transformational Coaching and Mentoring. Colette is also a founding Board Member of Entrepreneurial Scotland, whose vision is to inspire and develop Scotland’s people to build the most entrepreneurial society in the world. Colette is also Chair of the Entrepreneurial Scotland Foundation Trustees Board, whose Saltire Programmes see over 200 young people participate every year in world-class, global development and internship programmes, specially designed for high potential individuals. Colette is also the co-founder of Grant Property Investment and helped it become a leading UK Residential Property Investment + Management Company until she sold her interest in 2019 to concentrate on her Coaching and Mentoring Business.
