 Jennifer Setsuho Hohman first came to Jikoji in 2008, and received Jukai  from Shoho Michael Newhall in October 2009, remaining in service to  Jikoji until 2011. After leaving Jikoji she taught yoga and managed a  busy yoga studio until returning to Jikoji in 2017. She received Priest  ordination from Shoho Michael in October 2019. Jen continues to teach  yoga part-time, and is passionate about vegan meals, sacred plant  medicines, alternative healing practices, and is in the process of  healing while on sabbatical at Jikoji. Jen's topic was the  Bodhisattva vow, what we do for other people, and other crazy things.

Setsuho Jennifer Hohman received Jukai in October 2009. She teaches hot yoga and was the manager of a busy yoga studio in Silicon Valley for 6 years. On January 8, 2016 life as she knew it changed drastically and the HER2+ Invasive breast cancer diagnosis sparked a healing journey that led her back to Jikoji where she has been on retreat for the past 22 months. Her talk will be on Transformation &amp; Zen Practice.
