The Black Women’s Health and Wellness Conference founders Jessica Brown and Chioko Grevious opened the show to discuss free virtual wellness activities open to black women so that we can continue on our health journey even during this time. In partnership with Carrie’s Touch and the First Baptist Church, events are free and offer a variety of programs including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, the Healing Grace Wellness Series and even group therapy, all to help heal the mind, body and soul.
