Today on the podcast we welcome, Kelly Bloodgood, owner of the Well+Good Health Studio -- a  wellness oasis that offers treatments including: infrared sauna pods, red light therapy, pressotherapy, and other holistic healing modalities. These treatments, while relaxing and beneficial for any adult, can also be life saving for individuals with chronic illness, which is the reason Kelly opened her studio and started using these methods herself.  Several years ago, after dealing with a host of crippling and misdiagnosed symptoms, -- Kelly finally found a doctor who was able to properly diagnose her with Lyme disease. Even though Kelly was grateful to finally have a diagnosis, she was not prepared for the fact that there is no cure for Lyme. Eventually,  she became so ill with the disease, that she had to quit her job and focus entirely on her health. On this episode, Kelly walks us through her journey with Lyme to where she is now. She also discusses alternative healing treatments, how they have helped her health drastically, and why they are so important.
