Today we are joined by Meg Sanderson who has a candid and full conversation with us about how she came to find breath work as a healing modality and then to become a teacher within the space.Meg Sanderson, qualified Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator and Counsellor (Bsc. Counselling) has an ability to listen to and understand that each and every single one of us is living a life filled with our own chaos.  With extensive experience in dealing with individuals and their daily challenges, through her teaching, she hopes to continue to empower others to connect to the core of who they really are.
