This week I interviewed my Body Love Academy student, Peggy Quarmby.   Peggy is a full time Receptionist, an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator of 12 years sharing stamping and creativity through classes and workshops.  She is also a Body Love Coach (in training). Peggy is passionate about helping women to live a lifestyle of self acceptance, compassion, inspiration and creativity. She says, “I believe women have so many expectations from society, family and those we give ourselves, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and caught up in the busy-ness and stress of life.  Creativity and inspiration through crafting is one of my ways to relieve stress. I have a Certificate 1 in Reiki, enjoy meditation, journaling, oracle cards and reading as other ways to combat stress and create happiness.” Peggy is a Mum to two precious Miniature Daschunds Adam and Bella.  These two little lively characters are the light and joy in her life and they know it.  She is also always planning the next renovation in my home… Peggy currently run monthly stamping classes two nights a month – both nights students make the same projects.  The classes in August are Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th, and students make 3 projects all materials supplied.  In the podcast we explore some of these topics:               How did Peggy start her body love journey?            What prompted her to sign up for The Body Love Academy?            What’s Peggy’s favourite part of The Body Love Method?
