Zoë Scharf is the Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer at Greetabl - a total package gift complete with a custom greeting and a special present, neatly packaged into a personalized parcel that is sent directly to your loved one through an easy online transaction.  Greetabl was founded by Joe Fischer and Zoë Scharf after being introduced by a mutual friend.  Zoë shares their entrepreneurial journey of how a cereal box inspired the idea for Greetabl, how the first version of Greetabl flopped and by watching customers interact with their product, they redesigned to what Greetabl is today.  She also shares how having a great product and website doesn’t mean instant growth in your customer base.
