Interview with Erin Stefanacci (Carolina Holistic Health)

My guest today is Dr. Erin Stefanacci...and we met during a 1-Million Cups Pitch event while we had our WatchPitch, Pitch Booth set up. She pitched at the event and won the June Competition with most reviews and the highest score. Every month we include for each of the winners a WatchPitch podcast opportunity to talk about more about their business and of course, what’s working and what needs to change about how they are growing their business. We had an inspired discussion with lots to learn and share. We learned from Dr. Erin Stefannaci what functional medicine is and how great it is to look at our health not only when we are not feeling so great but also, when we are, the importance of tenacity and courage and putting yourself out there, even when you are an introvert and when building your business, the importance of taking a break, a day off, a good walk in nature and perhaps even, a glass of Malbec.
