0:00 – Introduction, he starts by exploring his family background and how his interest in dance and sports flourished with time.  5:50 – Since his Childhood he has been interactive with people because of family shifting locations every 5 to 6 years. He developed a passion towards Table-tennis, and he explains the Journey where he reached Nationals.  8:50 –How he met the Girl he is married to in 7th standard and how they never talked till 12th standard. 12:25 - He explains his whole table-tennis Journey, how the teachers would not allow him to go for Nationals in his 12th std. He shares his opinion as to why sports are important in life. 15:40 – He is also a defence aspirant, knowing that his dad is in the defence and he has regular touch with fighter pilots and other defence members.  18:45 - Tracing his love on Facebook with the help of his friends 23:15 – He used to bunk his classes and chill at his friend’s house, and it his friends happen to send the girl a proposal through his account, and their love story began from there.  26:00 – He also gave NDA examination as he had interest in defence and wanted to pursue as a fighter Pilot, he could not get selected as he got rejected every time on the last day. He then opted to go for computer science with his girlfriend. He still did not lose interest in defence and still gave 6 SSBs but got rejected again. He that decided to go for PABT, which an aptitude test for a pilot, which he cleared this test but failed the interview again. He continued to take his interests in dance.  31:40 – Later years in his college he came up with a project which is like Paytm today, in which the user could pay to various vendors without any internet, this concept arose because he saw that if some person bought a good for 17rs he would get a toffee for the remaining 3sr. So, his main motive was to demolish this and make life easier in the society. 40:00 – Attending Reiki and how it transformed his life  42:40 - The day he almost drowned and lost his life 45:50 –  Jay Shetty Genius coaching, where he got to hear various talks and practice a few meditations. 51:00 – He then moved to Singapore and he saw an advertisement of Sadhguru’s Inner engineering programme, he attended it for $360, which was a 4-day retreat programme. Before inner engineering he also did Isha kriya &amp; Upa yoga. He shares his last day experience of consecration, according to him it was very surreal and splendid.  56:40 He explains how it was difficult to keep up his mandala and how he overcame that. 1:01:00 – After a few months he attended Angamardana, and he shares his experience on how he managed to keep up his practices and it helped him. He did his Shivratri sadhana for 7 days.
