Meg is originally from Atlanta, GA and is now based in New York City. In 2011, she left a career in public relations and marketing to build her own fitness brand and company. In 2016, she helped pioneer Aaptiv, which is an audio fitness app geared toward runners. She left Aaptiv in February of 2019 to start her own app, Run With Meg, which has now grown to 500+ members. Aside from that, she trains clients on an appointment only basis in Manhattan at Performix House in Union Square.
