Shannon went on to study human development and psychology at the University of Houston, where she received a bachelor of science. This served as a springboard for her deep dive into self-reflection, and generational healing. Through the unfolding of her own path she has come to realize that "everything you need is already inside you. You just have to be brave enough to stand in front of the mirror".
