She is rooted in Indigenous Earth-Based Wisdom Practices, Hatha Yoga, Hakomi (Mindfulness-based Somatic Psychotherapy), Buddhist Meditation. She has worked with women in re-storying their relationships with their bodies through an understanding of nature, been trained in Zen Hospice Care, and also works with at-risk youth and teens in mind-body techniques for recovering after trauma. She is currently accepting clients of all ages and backgrounds who are navigating big life transitions and wanting to find purpose and fullness in their pursuits. She is adept in integration work for plant medicine experiences and also creates powerful ceremonial and sacred spaces for deep work.
