Welcome to the Built in Iowa Podcast!On today's episode we have David Krohse, Owner Compass Chiro. David is a Chiropractor in the Des Moines metro area.  David opened his office in 2008 with 135,000 in student loans and had no idea what he was doing to grow his business.  David turned the tide after he started to do lunch and learns with local companies to bring awareness to his clinic.  It worked very well for him and made his clinic sustainable.  After his experience with growing his clinic, he decided to start a side hustle, "20 calls per week", which is an online course that targets medical practice clinics to improve their marketing and grow their medical clinic.
