Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from National-Louis University and is certified as by the American Board of Opticianry and National Contact Lens Examiners. Prior to joining MedAvail, she was a Health &amp; Wellness Director for Walmart and Senior Director of Eyecare for Luxottica where she led teams, drove initiatives, and trained thousands of associates. Kelly is passionate about developing people and hyper-focused on continuous improvement.
