After finishing school, Kirsty completed a Bachelor in Architecture and Construction Management before completing a Masters of Architecture.  Kirsty's journey into the workforce began when she was at university, completing part-time work at several architecture firms to contextualise her studies.  Upon finishing her masters, Kirsty secured a position at Lendlease (https://www.lendlease.com/au) as an undergraduate, where she worked for several years before moving to Probuild.  On top of project management, Kirsty is involved in the graduate program at Probuild, a topic we loved exploring in this episode.
