Rounding out the show, Heritage Radio Network host and restauranteur Jimmy Carbone joins the show along with Chef King Phojanakong of Kuma Inn and umiNOM. As it turns out, King and Jimmy are working together with King taking over the menu of Jimmy’s No. 43.
