By tapping into partners’ technical expertise, Shrapnel will bring to life a game and mod platform that has been under development for years.Shrapnel is a project of the Neon team, which has its own roots in HBO Interactive, having years of business experience in transmedia, virtual production, and gaming-as-a service.
