Liz Frayer / Intrepid Liz Frayer, RHU, CHCC has over 20 years of experience in employee benefit consulting, and was named as one of Employee Benefit Advisors’ Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising. She started as a temp at Strategic Employee Benefit Services in 1996 and became president in 2008. She purchased the agency in 2013 and rebranded it as Intrepid. She manages operations, the flow of business, and sales. She and her agency have developed and kept the reputation for being on the forefront of consumerism. They were recognized as an Institute for Healthcare Consumerism Superstar as “Most Innovative Consultant/Partner,” and were declared an “Industry Innovator.” She has been asked to speak at the University of Georgia (her alma mater) about healthcare consumerism and women’s health. She has had multiple appearances on Atlanta Business Radio as the healthcare consumerism expert, and was recently named one of Atlanta’s “40 Under 40” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
