Kim Vergil lives and works as full time Mixed Media Artist in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Kim has participated in International and National Solo and Group Exhibitions in Europe, U.S. and Canada. Member and Chair of the Arts committee for the - International Association for the Study of Dreams(IASD) for over 10yrs now Kim is helping to integrate the arts more and more into the programing of the conference that takes place every year around the world. The goal of bringing a better understanding of the role dreams play for many artists including herself. Searching for and finding meaning within Chaos is an important part of Kim’s creative process that is inspired by her understanding of how we create our night dreams…. The end results become abstracted DreamScenes as Portals for the Imagination… A lifetime artist filled with energy just needing to be expressed and shared back out into the world. Kim is also a member of her local Art scene participating in the annual Art Exhibitions with - Lakeshore Artist Associaiton(LAA). Being in bilingual Quebec joining the, English Language Artist Network (ELAN) brings together a diverse group of artists Kim shares with and learns from.
