Callie Louw, Porseleinberg

Callie Louw tends the vineyards and oversees the making of Porseleinberg wine in the stony hills, not far from Riebeel Kasteel, Swartland. Same owners as Boekenhoutskloof and the same cult-like quality, this delicious Syrah is now available in small quantities at selected retail outlets. Callie is unassuming and shy – just like this wine that has flown under the radar until spotted by a few and hailed as one of the Cape’s very best
