The Toronto Biennial of Art introduces the 2022 Podcast series as a curator-led engagement. Featuring three Exhibition artists working across different venues and mediums, the series approaches reflection, listening, and learning through an engaging and experiential lens. While in discussion with artists, exhibited works, processes, research, and philosophies are explored. Woven within are diegetic sounds that encourage collective listening—sounds around making, doing, and being. The series provides an opportunity for a wide-range of audiences to access the Biennial's content, artists, and curators. The DEN Meditation is a space to find balance in your life and learn how to center yourself through the practice of meditation. Founded by Tal Rabinowitz, a former Executive Vice President at NBC Entertainment, founded the studio in 2015. I had the priviledge of speaking with Dana Prieto who is now the studio manager of this most incredible studio space. Dana has built a long career around her passion of health and wellness. She has worn many hats from Personal Trainer , to General Manager and Director of Operations for industry leaders like Equinox Fitness, Yahoo! Corporate Wellness and YogaWorks. Though she’s currently landed in the most peaceful environment at The Den.
