So start realizing we can be more acception of people's differences and allow everybody to be authentic and realizing that might sometimes clash with the way we think and that's okay and we can learn to fit into this world in a way where we all find our place rather than having everyone fit on molds"  My experience growing up and being bullied [10:27] - "A lot of the external criticism I received took a toll on my self-esteem. Back in the days, I did not feel divine, or I did not know "being your authentic self" was a thing and I could be loud and proud about my identity" - "I was mocked on my voice, the way I dressed or the way I walked, so I started to suppress these aspects of my beingness"  Becoming who you really are [20:04] - "We're so used to be someone else that just being yourself feels un-natural and it's why so many people say become you're authentic self feels like dying" - "If anyone who's listening is thinking "I don't know what it means to be me" or "I don't know if I am being me" or you have those people who you don't really know how to be yourself around, my heart goes out to you, because I was there"
