6 min Gassho Meditation w/Reiki Ideals 

Gassho meditation is a meditation ritual gesture. Gassho means two hands coming together. It implies recongnition of graitiude and respect. Also helps with focus of the wondering mind and helps with balance body and the mind. It usual performed before a reiki session. But you do not need to be a reiki practioner to do this meditation.
